There Oughta Be a Word

There are celebs you see looking wonderful on the red mat, and you think sure, they're famous, but you can't recall a recent movie or TV show or, well, anything they've been in.

Like fashionistas Camilla Belle, Kate Bosworth and Mena Suvari. (We even hear that Victoria Beckham used to sing!)

These Tinseltown talents may not have the most substantial body of work, but they get invited to all kinds of events because they're just so chic. And suddenly they seem to be more famous for their great style than their day jobs.

And there oughta be a word for that. Think you've got one? Add it to the widget below!

Relaxed Sundays: Jennifer Aniston's Bohemian Babe Look for Less

Poor Jennifer Aniston. She gets crap no matter what she dress in When she sports her usual tank and loose jeans uniform, she's a bore. But when she tries to sex it up, she's called a slut.

The blue and cream print on Haven's Capri maxi dress ($79) makes it anything but boring. So people will get distracted when you go on-and-on about your ex.

Crazy Battling Babes fashion

It's a dangerous call in round two of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's crazy-couture face-off. M.K. goes with the belted coat again, and while the sleeves don't eat her hands this time, it's still enormous around the shoulders. Ash revisits the rolled bottom, but at least the blouse fits and her locks are shiny and combed. So Ashley narrowly defeats her sis—but really, is anybody winning here? No.

world's top 50 model women n-6

6. Anna Jagodzinska

Anna J's moment has arrived in a big way with editorials in Vogue, the Ferretti campaign with Meisel as well as appearances for CK Jeans and Ferre. The girl just won't be stopped.

6. Coco Rocha

In Feb 2006 she was MDC’s vote for the newcomer most likely to return as girl most wanted? True to form the former professional Irish dancer has highlighted Balenciaga two seasons in a row, rocked the covers of Vogue Italia and US Vogue and looms as a blue chip runway must book. Just ask Gaultier.

Fashion Police: Kimberly Wyatt,

Kimberly Wyatt, songster for the Pussycat Dolls, getup to the Mobo rewards in London.

This is not a dress, it is actual replica of disco ball the spins in the seventh ring of hell (aka the Rave room). The pink shards, the eye-searing glare, the sparkle, they all scream "Satan's Disco Inferno."

You see, some time ago Beelzebub and his minions decided that their lake of fire needed more pizzazz, so they brought in some fog machines, a couple of black-light posters and a giant, taste-assaulting, soul-shattering pink disco ball.

We're not sure how Kimster got her hands on that wicked party ornament, but we do know it makes the fashion angels weep.

True Cutie Fashion police

True Blood's Anna Paquin is frequently conventional on the red runner, so it's fun to see her getting a little vampy at a Nylon party in her honor. Her awkward stance suggests that this figure-hugging Herve L. Leroux LBD with plunging neckline is a little out of her comfort zone, but that just makes this moment all the more charming.

5. Jessica Stam

Jessica Stam certainly swept the editorial scene, charming just about every power photographer in sight from Testino to Meisel to Mert and Marcus. And she's still eminent campaign material as the ad buys testify.

4. Lily Donaldson

She was the first run girl for Jil Sander's S/S 04 ads as well as one of the enviable faces of Burberry that season. Now after four and a half years as a massive catwalk star and regular stints in US Vogue, Lily Donaldson is locked in the mix as a major model of the moment.

Shenae Grimes Fashion Stars

Shenae Grimes is so courageous paradeing around in this ugly outfit, we approximately forgive her for channeling Shannen Doherty, circa 1991, at Nylon's TV issue launch this week.
Ah, Shenae, hope you are really taking us back to a time when we were first at war with Iraq, and a loud sundress paired with Frankenstein platforms was considered fashionable! What a kooky sun-flowered time warp!
The dress in itself is actually quite lovely. It's those stockings—with their unflattering all-stretched-out pattern—that really ruin the whole look of carefree summer vibe. That bulky jacket is also a total mismatch. And the shoes look medical. Oh, the whole thing is just hopeless!
Just that smile, Shenae. It's the best part of your outfit, today or any day.

Fashion : Megan Fox vs. Anna Paquin

Brunette bombshell Megan Fox and True Blood's blond, vampire lover Anna Paquin have more in common than we thought.
Both like to tilt their heads for photogs and are fond of sheer black dresses by Hervé L. Leroux.
Meg wore a short-sleeve version of the mesh cocktail dress when she stopped by Dave Letterman to promote Jennifer's Body, the movie where she devours high school boys.
Anna donned a long-sleeved form of the frock to celebrate her Nylon cover-girl status last night at Skybar, where she was joined by her costar and fiancé Stephen Moyer.
Both girls wore black peep-toe pumps, but Anna’s outfit seemed to have a little extra sparkle.

Tori spelling cause vast despair!

Why so glum, Tori Spelling—or is that just anger in your eyes? And why are you all dressed up like such a down 'n' out flapper—straight outta 1929 and everything—at the Much Love animal rescue event in West Hollywood?
Are the jackboots putting the squeeze on your local speakeasy? Or has the economy crashed down all around you, and you're having to hoard soup cans and gas rations? Or are you just so worried about the German war debt?
Or is it because you showed up to a red carpet event draped in a Halloween costume that's generally found in a plastic bag on clearance at Walgreens, right next to the flip-flops?
Whatever it is, we hope you snap out of it and get well soon!

Anna Wintour Is Not So Devilish on Letterman

Fashion Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour has The September Issue, a documentary about the making of her fashion mag's biggest issue, coming out soon. That means she has to go on Letterman and promote it to us plebs, the poor dear.
But despite the Devil Wears Prada rep—or as last night would have it, the "lukewarm royalty with a whip from outer space" wears Carolina Herrera—she was actually quite charming...

3. Anja Rubik

A long term must book for Chloe, former OTM notable Anja had a monster FW05 season in Paris and is still being lensed fitfully by Inez and Vinoodh while appearing religiously in Bazaar. She rocks!

Fashion Police: Eliza Dushku, Robot Cocktail Waitress

In the future, our robot masters will weary of their campaign for world domination and human enslavement. They will build hotels and casinos for leisure time spent away from the War with the Humans.
At InStyle magazine's summer soiree Eliza Dushku modeled the cocktail waitress uniform that our robot masters will require females of our species to wear as they forcibly serve frosty blended drinks of gasoline and human tears. The uniforms are meant to be drab in color, restrictive in form, and embarrassingly revealing in order to break the human spirit.
Eliza Dushku, whose side are you on?

Get Sienna Miller's Cinderella Look for Less

Sienna Miller has had quite the summer. She admitted she's lazy when it comes to personal hygiene, she called a radio-host a douche-bag and she started dating a DJ with douchebag name: Slinky Wizard is no Balthazar Getty.
But as much as people hate on the blond Brit, you gotta admit she looked like a polished party princess at Vogue's The September Issue premiere. We'd never want to mimic her outlook on men or showering, but here's how to get Sienna's stylish look for less:
Forever 21's Luster Party Dress ($27.80) has the same bubble hem as Sienna's Thakoon mini. But the lightly padded bust helps out the girls while the adjustable straps make sure they don't have their own paparazzi moment.

2 Sasha Pivovarova

First out the box for the Prada FW/05 campaign and still holding primary status for the brand, Sasha has stormed onto the blue chip charts with a long list of enviable editorial landmarks. Watch this girl very closely, because what was once ultra-edgy is now sitting front and center in fashion's mainstream.
